I wanted to express my sincere thanks for the wonderful care that my mother, Vivian Owens, received at Crossroads. I will miss her so much. Actually, the three years that she spent there were some of the best in her life. Prior to coming to Crossroads, she was living a sedentary and reclusive lifestyle. With this move, Mom felt like she was on vacation with you and all of her new found friends. You have no idea how comforting it was for me to know how happy she was! Our family laughed because you almost had to make an appointment to see her...she was so busy with all her activities.
You are performing a great service to the community and surrounding area. May God bless you and all of your staff. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

We are thankful this Thanksgiving for the nurses, aides and all the employees who have made my mother feel welcome at CrossRoads. We are also thankful that they took extra care of her when she recently had some problems. May God bless each and every one of you!

It is hard to put into words our gratitude for the real caring that all of you put into taking care of our father during these past few years. It feels like he is leaving his second home. Thank you for everything.

We have had this card since the middle of March when we lost Mom but struggled to find the right words to thank you all. I still haven’t found words that are adequate but we want you to know how much you relieved anxiety in our lives and gave such a great quality to mom’s life!  You have a very special gift that you share with people.
