Dear Crossroads,We wanted to thank you very much for providing our mom, Joan Riehl, a wonderful place to live, even if it was only for one month. Coming there made her happier than we had seen her in years. We can’t say enough good about your facility and staff. From the beautiful facility to the loving way she was treated by staff meant the world to us. You provide an amazing, dignified way for elderly folks to live and it really shows how much you care for them. We tell everyone we know about your wonderful facility! I wanted to express my sincere thanks for the wonderful care that my mother, Vivian Owens, received at Crossroads. I will miss her so much. Actually, the three years that she spent there were some of the best in her life. Prior to coming to Crossroads, she was living a sedentary and reclusive lifestyle. With this move, Mom felt like she was on vacation with you and all of her new found friends. You have no idea how comforting it was for me to know how happy she was! Our family laughed because you almost had to make an appointment to see her...she was so busy with all her activities.
You are performing a great service to the community and surrounding area. May God bless you and all of your staff. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
