Hear from members of our Crossroads family in their own words

Great experiences and happy residents, only at Crossroads

Thanks, to all who had a hand in taking care of our mother Mary "Gibby". She was a resident of CrossRoads for nearly 11 years. We were so blessed of such great care she received over those years. You all became friends and part of our family. We will miss our visits with our mom and you wonderful people. It takes a certain kind of person to do your job. Thank you for your kindness, love Joyce T.

Dear Crossroads,We wanted to thank you very much for providing our mom, Joan Riehl, a wonderful place to live, even if it was only for one month. Coming there made her happier than we had seen her in years. We can’t say enough good about your facility and staff. From the beautiful facility to the loving way she was treated by staff meant the world to us. You provide an amazing, dignified way for elderly folks to live and it really shows how much you care for them. We tell everyone we know about your wonderful facility! Thank you again for making her final month a very good one,

The Fall Fest was great fun. I know it took a lot of planning and work to provide this day for us. I appreciate it! Thank you all!

CrossRoads staff - We wanted to take the time to thank you for the beautiful flowers you sent to the funeral home for David. Your thoughfulness meant so much to us! Thank you for all the wonderful times he has had with all of you! You all were like family and he considered CrossRoads his home. We will forever be grateful for all you did for our David.

Love, the David Mottin Family

Words can't even express the feeling of knowing my dad was truly loved by you all. Each and every one of the CrossRoads team made my dad's time there very special. He loved you all!!!

A heartfelt thank you to all of you for the care you gave to my mom. May God bless you for the work you do, and the care you provide.

Dear Vicki
I wanted to express my sincere thanks for the wonderful care that my mother, Vivian Owens, received at Crossroads. I will miss her so much. Actually, the three years that she spent there were some of the best in her life. Prior to coming to Crossroads, she was living a sedentary and reclusive lifestyle. With this move, Mom felt like she was on vacation with you and all of her new found friends. You have no idea how comforting it was for me to know how happy she was! Our family laughed because you almost had to make an appointment to see her...she was so busy with all her activities.
You are performing a great service to the community and surrounding area. May God bless you and all of your staff. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Vicki, Tabitha and Front Staff,
We wish to extend a much felt thank you for the care of our father, Charles T. Entering the world of assisted care and then memory care has been a complicated process that you have made easier to journey through. Thank you for the patience kindness and caring shown for our family.
Our father dearly loved cookies. Enjoy these!
Best Regards

Thank you for taking such great care of Dad. He looks healthier, and is much more coherent. I know he gets special attention and is treated like a VIP. I really appreciate that. You are a blessing. Your staff is amazing!
