Memory Care Services
A resident with a dementia diagnosis can require more hands-on care than what our basic assisted living service provides. We meet these additional needs by providing more individualized activities of daily living, specific dementia care staff training, and additional nursing oversight.
For residents who need a secure environment, we have True North - an 11-person house devoted to help families find direction for their loved ones with Alzheimer's' Disease and other forms of dementia.

Our staffing ratio is higher in True North to allow for more time spent with each and every resident. True North was designed with soothing décor and private suites, providing comfort for the resident and their family. Residents in our home enjoy a private and safe courtyard with a gazebo, walking path and raised garden beds.
Our employees are trained to interact with empathy and gentleness. Our Life Enrichment team provides group and individualized activities to keep our residents connected to their past and to stimulate memories. Our personal care services are tailored to each individual and include assistance with any and all activities of daily life. Our nursing staff is on site and available 24 hours a day. By providing a gentle structure to each day, we help the resident with dementia find purpose and meaning along life's path.

Funding Available
Veteran's Benefits & Programs
Aid and Attendance exists for veterans and their surviving spouses who served during wartime. They are an excellent source of funds for long-term care at an assisted living facility. Any veteran who has served at least 90 days, with one day during a period of war, and has health needs that require some level of assistance may qualify for the pension. The surviving spouse of a veteran who meets the service requirements may also qualify.
